Who are We?

Shane

After years of attending church with no real experience of God and knowing no peers in an active relationship with Jesus, I concluded that the Bible was the most boring book I’d never finished and the Church the most irrelevant organization on the planet. Luckily, I encountered some Christ-followers who talked about Jesus like He was their best friend. Welcomed into that community, along with my questions, I found myself believing and even encountering the presence of the Holy Spirit in a life-changing encounter!

During my collegiate years, I was actively involved in Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship and experienced a daily fellowship with believers. Through this deep community, I flourished in my faith and found my calling to full-time campus ministry. After meeting and marrying Treva in 1995, we began the adventure of following the whispers of the Holy Spirit and enjoying campus ministry from Chico, California to Boston, MA.

Treva

I was called to missions at 15 and pursued my education at Northeastern State University where I completed a B.A. in education. It was there that I found a warm and nurturing Christian community and where I realized that I could reach students from all over the world on a college campus. It has been a joy and passion of mine to serve internationals in four states while homeschooling our children from elementary into high school.
